Toulon Dockyard or formally His Majesty's Dockyard, Toulon, was a Royal Naval Dockyard located in Toulon, France. It was initially a repair and maintenance base of the Mediterranean Station from 1793 to 1794. The yard was managed by the Navy Board and operated by the Royal Navy.

During the French Revolutionary Wars the British forces including the Royal Navy occupied the city and Port of Toulon from 1793 to 1794, the dockyard was used briefly for repairs and maintenance.
