Tees was a naval base and command of the Royal Navy as one of the geographical divisions into which the Royal Navy divided its worldwide responsibilities from 1944 to 1945.

History

In World War I Hartlepool Naval Base was established, During World War II Its area of responsibility was widened to include the River Tees creating a new command area Hartlepool and Tees. On 18 February, 1944 it was renamed Tees and was operational until July, 1945.
