Richard Neville, 16th Earl of Warwick KG (22 November 1428 – 14 April 1471), known as Warwick the Kingmaker, was an English nobleman, administrator, and military commander who served as High Admiral of England two times from 1461 to 1462 and again from 1470 to 1471. He was responsible for the control and direction of the Admiralty Office.
