The Flag Captain, Plymouth Station was a senior Royal Navy appointment established 1860 he was the principal staff officer to the Commander-in-Chief, Plymouth. The office existed until 1918 when it was renamed to Chief of Staff, Portsmouth Station.

The office holder was a Flag Captain of the Plymouth Station.[1]
